Domestic Violence Awareness Month: Speaker + Resource Event

Join Student Wellness, Advocacy, and Support on Tuesday, October 6 for a Domestic Violence Awareness Month resource and education event.

A resource table will be available from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, where students can learn about local domestic violence resources, support services, and mental health options. Atrium Health Virtual Therapy will also be available to share information about virtual therapy services for students.

From 12:00 PM–1:00 PM, a guest speaker from our local domestic violence shelter will provide information, raise awareness, and connect students with resources available in our community.

Lunch will be provided. All students are welcome. Please register if you plan to attend the Lunch session.
