Esports Opening Day!

Come check out the launch of the SPCC Esports Arena! We will be hosting two major events: Esports Arena Welcome Event and the SPCC Esports Team Tryouts! 

The first event will start at 4:30 pm in the arena! You are welcome to join in-person or through our discord: fnECTYGfWv.

For the welcome event starting at 4:30, Coach Kevin will go over everything Esports Arena-related. He will dive in the rules, code of conduct, hours, the esports program overview, clubs, esports, volunteering etc. Don't miss out! Come learn all there is about the new Esports program and how you can get involved.

Our first ever Esport Team Tryouts will begin at 5:30 pm same day. It is highly encouraged to attend the 4:30 welcome event so you can be prepared and double check that you are registered with the Arena. During the tryouts we will select our game and play custom games to test student skills. Coach Kevin will also conduct 1 on 1 interviews throughout the tryouts while overwatching the custom games to determine skill level, mental focus, and knowledge of gaming. Make sure to come prepared for at least one game on the list: OW 2, Marvel Rivals, LoL, or Valorant! Know at least how to play the games, understand the UI, and basic combat mechanics. The more in-depth you know of these games the better.
