Course Description:
Transform the way you work with data by mastering Excel Power Query. This course is designed for professionals who want to efficiently import, clean, reshape, and combine data from multiple sources using Excel’s most powerful data preparation tool. You’ll learn how to automate repetitive cleanup tasks, structure and standardize datasets, and build refreshable workflows that eliminate manual steps and reduce errors. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to consistently produce clean, analysis‑ready data that supports faster, more confident decision‑making.
What You Should Already Know
- A solid grasp of working with Excel tables and structured data.
- The ability to sort, filter, and clean data at a basic level within Excel.
- Familiarity with importing data into Excel (CSV, TXT, or Excel files).
- Comfort navigating Excel’s interface and managing multiple worksheets.
- Basic understanding of concepts like datasets, headers, and consistent data formatting.
What to Bring:
A laptop will be provided for your use during the session, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Participants who work more comfortably with a mouse are encouraged to bring an external mouse to enhance their experience.
