Course Description:
Giving feedback is one of the most important parts of leading a team, but it isn’t always easy, especially in fast-paced, high-pressure environments like manufacturing. Clear, Constructive, Consistent: Giving Performance Feedback that Works gives managers the tools and confidence to deliver feedback that actually leads to improvement.
